Return And Refund Policy

Returns

Printful creates and ships my products, so the return address is set to one of their facilities by default. If you receive misprinted/damaged/defective items and would like to request a return and refund, you must email Lucciante within 30 days of receiving the product. Please, provide a detailed description of the issue and include quality photos, where the Printful team can see the issue. I will then forward your request, to Printful.

Note:

If a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through Printful's quality control, or if an item was damaged during shipping, Printful will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.

If a product is ordered in the wrong size, no returns will be accepted.

Refunds

Printful only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer's remorse. If they approve a refund, they will send me the amount and, I will then send it to you.

Note:

Sizes ordered in error will not be eligible for refunds from Printful or, on my end.
