What products, do you sell?

I sell Hoodies, Sweatshirts, T-Shirts, Tank Tops.

How, do I place an order?

First create an account, by logging in. Then, browse my products and, make your choice. Add your choices, to the cart and finally, go to the checkout page to make your payment.

Is there a maximum number of products, I am allowed to buy as a single customer?

No, there is no limit to the number of products, a customer can purchase.

What currency does your store accept?

All prices displayed in Lucciante, are in US Dollars and, payments will also be collected in US Dollars.

How, do I pay for my items?

All payments must be made via PayPal, on the checkout page.

Which countries, do you ship to?

I ship to the following countries:

Australia, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Mauritius, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom, and United States.

How, do you ship your products?

How long, does it take for your shipment, to arrive in my country?

Please note, that it takes between 2 and 5 business days for a product, to be created and shipped. After that, the estimated arrival time of the product is as follows:

Will I get all my products, in one shipment?

No, you may not receive all products, at once. An order may be split into multiple shipments, as some products may be individually wrapped to protect their shape and provide extra cushioning and durability, or some products may be shipped from a different location.

Do you, charge sales tax?

Since I just launched my store, I don't charge tax at the moment. However, once I reach the threshold set by a country's tax authority, I will start charging tax. From that point on, sales tax will be calculated and added, at checkout.

Do you accept returns and, issue refunds?
